Education Online

 Today online teaching has made it the loneliest job in the world especially for teachers who have always been surrounded by staff, students, and visitors, etc. Now, Solitary teachers are ( front of the screen in lonely classrooms teaching for four to five hours a day!  Online teaching requires more preparation to make the classes effective.   They have to focus on teaching much harder than off line because they fear the frequent network problems that force to stop or interrupt the class.  In offline classes it is more easy to communicate and interact in a fruitful way where all the students are visible and it becomes easier to deliver the topic and observe and generate the response.  Class room is best for learning in group. Healthy competitive spirit develops in group setting only. Group activities promote qualities of leadership, cooperation, interdependence, mutual understanding and many life-skills essential to produce responsible citizens of tomorrow....
